By accessing or purchasing from GMGAthletics photo galleries, you agree to the following terms.

Ownership & Copyright

All images and media produced by GMGAthletics are protected by U.S. copyright law and remain the property of GMGAthletics.

Purchase or download grants a limited personal-use license only.

Images may not be:

• Altered or edited beyond basic cropping

• Used for commercial purposes

• Sold, redistributed, or used for advertising or sponsorship

• Submitted to third parties without written permission

Personal Use

Digital purchases may be used for:

• Personal printing

• Social media sharing (credit to @GMGAthletics appreciated)

• Personal display

Any team merchandise, fundraising items, sponsor graphics, or promotional materials require written approval.

Student-Athlete Photography

Images are captured at public athletic events where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.

If a parent or legal guardian requests removal of an image featuring a minor, GMGAthletics will reasonably review and address the request.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Defective or incorrect files will be replaced.

Limitation of Liability

GMGAthletics is not responsible for third-party misuse, social media redistribution, or technical issues beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
